Which brand is best for making wavy hair even wavier?

hahaha! I like that one.
My dad was just telling me how no one offers him a seat. He's 65, disabled from a stroke and hobbles to work with a walker. I think males and females of all colors pretty much ignore him.

I wish there were people to monitor the cars and take care of stuff like that for people who need a seat, or people starting trouble. A few months ago there was a fist fight right in front of me on the train and no one did anything.

I don't think we're all doomed to hiding in closets for eternity. Maybe ghosts that are stuck in peoples' houses are people who think there is no place to go to.

My MIL, who is not religious, had a heart attack 2 yrs ago and flatlined. After many attempts to revive her, she regained consciousness and asked the doctors, "Why did you bring me back?" She said she felt pain-free and saw her parents.

When my best friend died, I was there holding her hand along with her mom, surrounded by family, friends, hospice, church groups, doctors and nurses. When they finally pronounced her dead, all of us saw a light over her body. We all kind of stared at it, like what is that? It faded after about a minute or two. The priest said that she had crossed over.

My cousin was traveling in the Philippines, and crossed and old, rickety foot bridge. She told me her foot slipped through a gap, and she could've sworn she felt a hand grab her ankle and help her back onto the bridge.

Sounds crazy, I know! But I'm hopeful that they mean something.
When I was in the NICU, the nurses there told me about ghost sightings in the hospital, particularly near the Cardiology part of the building. Nothing other than sightings, though.

A former colleague of mine told me she had a ghost in her house. She said that sometimes when she went to a particular room, she would hear hangers moving in the closet, as if someone were looking for an outfit. Oh it's so creepy as I recall her telling me. But she said, one day, she confronted the ghost and told her that she needed to leave, calmly and nicely. She said she felt a wind and then it smelled like roses. No experiences after that.

I have never experienced a ghost, and hope I never will, but I have heard many accounts from many different people. I hope they do exist, as it gives me some hope that death is just a door.
I am taking drop off donations for the typhoon victims in the Philippines, this Sunday between 3-5 at Ballston Sport & Health. Clothes/shoes for kids, men or women (warm weather clothes). PAFC (Philippine American Foundation for Charities) has a Typhoon Ondoy/Ketsana Fund and also welcomes monetary donations for our volunteer mission to aid the millions displaced by the worst typhoon in 40 years. Everything is pretty much buried in mud. Much appreciated if you can spare any help.
My kid-free leisure time is 10pm-1am every night. I spend that time drawing, reading, surfing, listening to music, watching movies, writing, stretching, and sometimes entertaining guests or jamming with my cousin's band.

I consider my job leisurely. There's 10-15 hours a week.

Do playdates count? I meet up with a mom-friend once a week for a few hours.

check Falls Church Pilates...they have all kinds of classes, group/private/semi-private, mat, reformer, etc.

It's near the Arlington border.

My SD says she's fixin to leave the house, or fixing to eat dinner, fixin to do a lot of things. She only says this for a week or two after she returns from Texas.
Fitness First offers the best deal, they are cheap, big and many of them have tons of classes to choose from.

WSC is very shady with the rates, but locker rooms are nice and new. The child care lady in Clarendon is very nice, but I had a not so nice experience with the one in SS.

MINT is small, but has plush locker rooms. VIDA is up there with MINT, but seems much more high energy. MINT feels more relaxing.

The Y is also affordable, has many different programs and is very family friendly.

I don't know how much Gold's goes for, but they also have a big variety of classes and nice facilities. Bally's, has good classes but the one's I've been in look old and dirty.
More hugs to you OP, so many life changes going on at once...don't forget to breathe and take time for you. I went through the same thing when I was pregnant with #2, working and losing my best friend to cancer. It was the TOUGH...but you will get through it. Take time for you and stay strong.

Is it possible to take time off and spend time with your mom?
No, if I didn't dry it slowly overnight, it would be a big frizz mop. Although, it is drenched in sweat by the end of the day.

would you suggest more rest days between workouts as opposed to two in a row?

mmm...the ACE experts recommend more rest days between...but I think if YOU can already handle 5 days in a row or if that way works best for your schedule, then go for it. Athletes train 5 days a week and it's great to relax for a whole weekend!
lots of rest ...then a prenatal yoga video...heaven for your back. Or chiro like PP said.

I work out every day for about 60 mins. Sometimes I work out twice a day. My Gym has a 60 min class called Body Pump which is a weights class with many reps, you could call it weights-cardio-ishy? On those days (2-3 times a week) I will also do an hour of cardio.

By the way, Zumbamama, Im usually STARVING after I work out. I will try your suggestion..

Wow...everyday! Be careful, honey...rest days help keep you fit, too! But I guess your workout time probably equals the mine...I do 1-3 hours a day, but have 1-2 rest days per week. I'm a total zombie on those days...but can't recharge without them.

To stave off the hunger, you might also try sipping water before, during and after the workout. Frequent sips of water keeps me going and puts a little something in my belly.
