Thanks for the tip, pp. (I'm OP). I plan to pick some up today and try it. I haven't had any since my visit to south Asia 20 years ago, and it was straight out of the coconut there. I had forgotten all about coconut water until I read an article about it.

I like the Aura Cacia essential oils at Whole Foods. I am hooked on lavender and cedar wood oil, but they have a variety of citrus oils too.
Total bummer. I loved his Stanford speech:

"You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future," he told Stanford University graduates during a commencement speech in 2005. "You have to trust in something: your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life."
If the instructor is fun and gives me a good workout, I would take the class no matter what his or her size. In fact I've taken a dance class from a full figured instructor. She was so good I stole tons of her moves.

I know several large fitness instructors who are very capable of leading a good class. I've also auditioned many slim instructors that are not. So I imagine that directors would hire the instructor that can give the best class, and if it's the heavier instructor, so be it. That person may be midway in their own fitness goals - they may have already lost 100 pounds and decided to become an instructor with 50 or more to go.

Larger instructors can also be motivating, comforting and less intimidating to people who are just beginning their path toward fitness.

I know a large spin instructor who gives kick ass workouts, but for some reason she stays overweight. But, I still don't judge. She may have some thyroid problem or be on some kind of med that causes weight gain. Regardless, her class still rocks and she's maintained her high attendance for years.

almost everything that everyone's mentioned plus Glamorous Life by Sheila E.

BTW, we still need to get her shoes. Can anyone recommend a place in Maryland to get ballet slippers for a 4yo? I was told that her dance studio sold them but apparently I was supposed to order them ahead of time, which is kind of hard since I have no clue what size she'd need.

Payless has a whole ballet/tap section. Which is great since so many dance supply stores have closed down.

I'm done!
My mom worked FT but was always home for dinner. I worked FT also for 12 or so years, but eventually craved more flexibility than the 9-5. So, now I work PT out of the home and PT in my home. So although it equals FT, I have a bit more flexibility than my mom did, i.e., I can pick up the kids from school, take them to practice, etc. most of the time.
Getting my DCs to eat their veggies is always an uphill battle for me. I have better luck with fruits, but they are so stubborn with the veggies, even though that is mostly what I eat. I fixed spinach tortellini the other night and DD ate the whole bowl. She didn't notice the spinach and asked for more. I wanted to say, look, you're eating spinach! But then I thought if I tell her, she'll might be mentally turned off and not want to eat it again. But at the same time I want her to realize that spinach is yummy. So should I tell her that she likes to eat spinach or just keep serving it until she figures it out?
I have wine occasionally at dinner in front of my children. I'm the only wine drinker and coffee drinker in my family, and my DC has brought me my coffee before, so I wouldn't think it bad if she brought me a glass of wine.

Noooo! I can't believe it's August already. I'm not ready to give up lounging at the pool and lazy mornings just yet. I feel like my kids just got out of school yesterday. The back to school commercials are depressing me.
