OP here - thanks for this question because I agree there's a big difference here. We're going our own way, not dating together. So a lot of those sites aren't going to work for us. I guess the more traditional sites would be better. I just wasn't sure if anybody on those sites would be looking for this sort of situation.

I disagree. I don't wear a lot of jewelry and never have. I value my ring and appreciate the quality, cut and clarity. It's a little less than a carat but stunning (to me) and simple. I don't like what I consider big flashy jewelry or intricate designs. I did not pick out my own ring nor did he confer with friends as they would have told me.

My bi wife has always had permission from me to see women. I was never involved and never expected the “fair is fair” bargain. That said, here in our early thirties we’ve done a little swingin’ and I even had a mistress of my own for a while. We trust each other implicitly and have never been happier.
OP, I’m simply curious,....who was the primary initiator? If it was he, I would vote that you should get a new employer. You don’t want to be under that. Obviously it still takes two to tango but you have a pretty high vote for getting out of there.
