Hey! I didn't go to the Melting Pot, but I still plan to. By the time I got home, I felt hungry for my favorite Poblano sauce, so we went to El Ranchero on Wilson. Not fancy at all, but delicious and I love the music and mojitos there! Then cake with my kids and presents from my students. I had a wonderful birthday! Thanks for asking!

I don't think you are overreacting. I would find a replacement asap.

I hired someone that came with good recommendations and references. But after several surprise visits, I observed there was hardly any interaction. Kids were glued to the tv while no one wiped the snot from their noses. That sitter lasted 2 weeks and then I found a GREAT one with smiles and energy.

I liked Kaye's Kare in EFC. It's in a church. Wonderful teachers, wonderful curriculum. They put on a great show at the end of the year and my son still has warm thoughts of his experience there. I am bummed they don't take part timers anymore though.

I see kids way younger than mine w/o training wheels. I'm feeling kind of guilty I haven't been working on this more.
