2 year old DS knows who the next president is

My DS knows the name of the next president I was pretty amazed about this.My Dh and I were watching television and asked him honey who is the next president and out of the blues he said Obama...
We were pretty thrilled at his response

My two year old knows Obama's name and yells it out when he sees Obama on TV, and he almost never sees TV. We didn't teach him this. But toddlers love saying the name, so they pick it up from each other.

I agree that Obama is a particularly child-friendly word to say. DD is 10 months and those three syllables are all part of her usual babble. Not together or all in a row yet, but maybe by Inauguration Day? Ha ha!!

(To state the obvious, I'm a total Dem and find this very, very cute. If I were a Republican, I'm sure I would find it less endearing . . . . )

My 3 yo knows Obama's voice when she hears it on the radio. She yells, "Obama!"
