While NL is run by the Heights head coach, the best players in NL typically end up at either Landon or Gonzaga.

If any club is affiliated with a HS program it would have to be VLC and its ties to Paul VI.

I think the VLC - PVI connection is less strong than it was a few years ago.

And will the move to Loudoun continue the disconnect?

VLC seems to be attracting fewer of the private school crowd. Not sure if this is because DC Express and Next Level are rising up, and with increased stature, persuading MD families that the trek across the river may not be necessary. As private schools and club lacrosse in the DC area have a symbiotic relationship, and so many if the recruits have that private school pedigree, this does not bode well for VLC.

For VLC to continue to thrive, they need to go west, tapping into the growing other that is Loudon. So the move of PBI could mean the expansion of the PVI-VLC connection.

PVI starting line-up is an even mix of VLC, MadLax and Blackwolf. There are no “ties” to any one program and all of the families appreciate their kids club experience but are not wrapped up on who won a t-shirt at the AAAA Rough and Tumble tourney LOL.

PVI has always had the talent, they just play glorified Rec Ball and can’t hang with the well coached programs.

(Answering an earlier question). St John's players' families must buy the team helmet. Fall, Winter and Spring they also buy 'kits', which include shoes or cleats, shorts and shirts for workouts, and sweats(contents depends upon the time of year). They are heavily discounted UA gear. Kids provide their own pads and sticks. I don't remember about the gloves. Varsity families also pay for the spring trip.

Bullis will not finish above 4th in the IAC during the regular season. Two kids doesn’t a team make.

Which 2 kids make the Bullis team?

It’s not the two you think it is, wait and see.

LOL. Bullis will finish no worse than 2nd this year. If you think they only have two kids, you know zero about lacrosse.

What's the early scouting report for Dematha?

Ironically, Dematha is like Bullis. Two good players and not much depth to compete in the WCAC.

LOL. I don't have a kid at Bullis, but it really kills Landon and Prep that Bullis is overall better in athletics now.

Except that Landon and Prep both won the IAC title in football this year and shared the Founders Cup last year.

You dads are delusional, pathetic losers trying to relive your glory days vicariously through your children. Very, very sad.
