VLC seems to be attracting fewer of the private school crowd. Not sure if this is because DC Express and Next Level are rising up, and with increased stature, persuading  MD families that the trek across the river may not be necessary.  As private schools and club lacrosse in the DC area have a symbiotic relationship, and so many if the recruits have that private school pedigree, this does not bode well for VLC.

For VLC to continue to thrive, they need to go west, tapping into the growing other that is Loudon.  So the move of PBI could mean the expansion of the PVI-VLC connection.[/quote]
