It is true,Prep and Landon also have better wrestling, swimming, cross country, soccer, and golf teams. Congrats.

Ironically, Dematha is like Bullis. Two good players and not much depth to compete in the WCAC.

LOL. I don't have a kid at Bullis, but it really kills Landon and Prep that Bullis is overall better in athletics now.

But its STILL Bullis - a school that takes the kids unable to cut it any of the better schools. So, no its limited success doesn't really kill anyone.

The school has the weakest academic perfection in the area.

You couldn’t pay me to have me send my kids there.

Bullis may not be for you, and I'm not sure of your metrics on how you rate schools in the area. Bullis does have graduates in each Ivy League school and they are the first school in the nation to have 2 Jefferson Scholars in the same class. Most folks that put Bullis down have not visited the campus and know very little about the academic program. Did you know Bullis has a new academic building that is dedicated to STEM?

Now, BACK TO LACROSSE

So with the new recruiting rules, are D3 schools now making offers at the beginning of junior year as well? I've seen a few announcements of 2019s committing D3. I thought that was to still take place summer before senior year.

DELETE THIS THREAD

Please do not assume it's only dads that follow this thread...

So we may have an obsession with lacrosse, that borders on fanaticism.

What fuels your brand of crazy?

D3 schools are not bound by new lax recruiting rules (D1 schools can't contact lax players until September 1 of Junior year)

Was wondering about this since DS was approached this fall by a D3 school and is not a junior. When I asked him, he said it was only for D1 schools. Seems strange the rule isn't across the board.

And yes, I'm a woman - to the DELETE THIS THREAD junkies, I'm guessing there are plenty of lax moms on this thread and not all of us are fanatics.

1. You're an imbecile.
2. Do you see insane threads like this for any of the other 12 varsity sports?

Different poster.

1) He (or she) seems to have struck a raw nerve. Just say'in.

2) The difference with the other 11 (are there really 12?) is that the private school set still considers lax to be "theirs."
