Why not release your fetus without killing her? You can allow her to live, and become a strong woman. |
You have all the knowledge of pregnancy of a man circa 1200. |
Jesus dude no one thinks you care about women or girls at all. Forced birthers don’t exactly hide their contempt for women. |
Because you might not want to have to carry a fetus for 9 months to get to that stage and go through the horrific process of "releasing" it from your body. Are you volunteering to accept a transfer of a fetus into your body to grow, should that ever become a reality? |
Why did you not answer the question? |
Women aren’t people in the GOP, even women who are still girls. Female fetuses are okay because 1) there’s always a chance the ultrasound is wrong and it’s a boy and 2) a female fetus can be used to torture a pregnant woman so that’s good. That’s it. That’s the deal. Even a ten year old girl doesn’t warrant protection from these fools. |
Are you asking about the pregnancy dating or the doctor’s take on the law? |
Because "releasing the fetus" involves first carrying the fetus for 9 months, suffering through all the pain, discomfort and trauma associated with that, and then going through the pain of childbirth. But you knew that, right, unless you are 7 years old? Let's say humankind discovers a technology that allows the transfer of fetus to any other body of any gender. I would pay money to watch the forced-birthers run for cover, slobbering incoherently, as they are asked to volunteer to support their deeply held "beliefs", to literally put their body where their rhetoric is. Want a fetus to be carried to term? "Adopt" it and grow it inside your own body, and then "release" it happily. In other words, force yourself to give birth to at least one "unborn" fetus, and then we will see how strong your so-called convictions are. Convictions are cheap when they come at the expense of others' bodies. |
Because we are talking about a 10-year-old girl giving birth. The girl's mother took the sensible option and decided to release the fetus in order to save her child. Anything else would have been child abuse. |

“The Indiana Supreme Court’s disciplinary commission filed charges Monday alleging that Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita violated professional conduct rules with his statements in 2022 about the case of a 10-year-old Ohio girl who sought an abortion in Indiana and the doctor who performed the procedure.”

7 years old is not much younger than 10 years old |
Such a DB. |
I won’t hold my breath but: “Indiana Supreme Court justices make the final determination if there was misconduct and what discipline is necessary. According to the disciplinary commission, sanctions can include a private or public reprimand, suspension from practice either for a certain time or after a lawyer is deemed fit or permanent disbarment.” |
Obviously I hope they throw the book at the guy. But the real win here is that the Republican running for governor in Kentucky is getting—rightly— painted with the “sickos who want to force children to bear their rapists baby— brush, and it may well cost him the election. |
| High time to lockup rapists. |
