Doxxing the mother would dox the identity of the 10 year old victim.

Who needs to be protected from the mother since the rapist was her boyfriend.

Not the topic. And totally irrelevant to whether she was allowed to get an abortion in Ohio. Which she was not.

It’s very relevant, but, I understand, inconvenient for you

DP children should not be sexually abused.

But when that does happen they need to have access to abortion if they become pregnant. Because babies should not be gestating babies.

The forced birthers want the baby to be born. Honestly, they believe the 10 year old is at fault. She was asking for it. It’s part of her punishment for being a slutty 10 year old.
It’s what they believe.

The rapist is at fault, as is the mother who covered for him

Have the courage of your convictions. We know you blame the 10 year old. No one here is fooled.

And, why does that mean she has to have the rapists baby again?

She doesn’t. The hospital refused to do an abortion.

Because of draconian laws that do not spell out that a pregnant child is always an exception to the ban and can receive an abortion legally without threat of prosecution.

If you are more worried about prosecution than doing the right moral thing, that’s a character flaw.

And if laws cause people to have to choose between doing the right moral thing and then spending years and $$$$ they don't have fighting prosecution or doing the wrong moral thing to avoid that prosecution, then that's a major legislative flaw. Don't you agree?

I mean come off it. Laws should not be making people fear they are breaking the law in order to do "the right moral things." Good god. Only in a dystopia.

Yes, we know.

Okay, we agree on that. Now, what do you do about the baby who is pregnant and can't get an abortion in her state because of draconian laws? Something has to be done fast because pregnancies aren't stagnant and can't be put on pause.

Indiana Attorney General Rokita receives a public reprimand from the Indiana Supreme Court because of his conduct in the matter.

Respondent Theodore Rokita is, and at relevant times was, the Attorney General of Indiana. On July 13, 2022, Respondent appeared on a national television program to discuss an Indiana physician who had performed an abortion on a ten-year-old rape victim from Ohio. During that appearance Respondent described the physician as an “abortion activist acting as a doctor—with a history of failing to report.” Respondent admits, and we find, that he engaged in attorney misconduct by making this statement.
...
The Court concludes that [Rokita] violated Indiana Professional Conduct Rules 3.6(a) and 4.4(a) by making an extrajudicial statement that had a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding and had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass or burden the physician. For [Rokita]’s professional misconduct, he is hereby publicly reprimanded.

Two of the five Indiana Justices believe that a harsher punishment was warranted due to his status as the Attorney General and the scope and breadth of his misconduct.

I agree with those two justices. All he gets is a public reprimand. For the species of human being shame, what’s the punishment in that?

Does anyone wonder how many little girls have been forced to give birth since the activists judges overturned Roe?

Back when this story was first reported I read that it was at least one preteen pregnancy per month in Ohio (population ~ 11.8 million) alone. Who knows how many have been able to access abortion and how many have been forced to give birth.

Public reprimand? That's it?
No apology to the doctor required? No setting the record straight?
Indiana is a state I plan to avoid forever.

She should sue the AG personally.

The answer is a private matter and the forced birthers can just stay out of it as they should. The voters will take care of ensuring that this is the legal answer on election day.

How scary. She could literally die having a baby at 10. The body is not ready or able physically not to mention all of the other reasons. What happened with this girl? Did she have the abortion?
