You clearly don't know how the world works. What if this guy rapes again before he is caught and tried? What if it's some big whig and he isn't charged (happens all the time when men are friends with sheriff, police, judge, etc.?) What if there's incompetent police, which results in a mistrial and he's back on the streets raping again? What if the girl isn't offered a rape kit, or it's lost, and then there's no evidence?
