Is there ANY circumstance in which a child would be allowed to have a medical abortion in the states that outlaw it? Is there any age that is SO YOUNG that an exception would be made?

I ask because in 1939 a 5 y.o. girl gave birth to a 6-lb. baby in Peru. Yes, it's true. The doctors hypothesized she had an "extraordinary hormonal disorder of pituitary origins." She had had a period since the age of 3 and had fully formed breasts.

No. The impetus for the right to life side is the idea that a person is a person from the moment of fertilization and no one has a right to “take” that life for any reason. They believe only god can end life, and so, to them, it must be left to chance who survives - baby? pregnant child? both? neither?

Well, for some it will make the news. The privileged will quietly take their daughters for abortions. I’m not sure how they’ll avoid CPS involvement, but I imagine that for some, even that will be kept private.
