Landon has 3 under armour all americans selected so far. This team is stacked I hope they can finish strong and rep the dmv lacrosse. A maryland mens and womens national championship would be icing on the cake.

No disrespect to any of these kids, but these All-America teams being named in April, wrapping up in early May? That's a joke & likely the most lacrosse thing ever. It might make sense if you're going to make out an All-America to, oh, I don't know, evaluate & select based on how the players perform during the season. Hey, why not start a tradition to just print All-Met & do a WaPo POY on Good Friday every year? That'd make Easter break a little more cheery. Fraud.

You mean like Landon:

poaching the Heights for their goalie

poaching STA for their best middie

bringing in a SENIOR to be their PG in basketball?

Is that what you mean?

You are really stupid. All-Americans are chosen based on their cumulative performance over highschool including on their club teams. Its not based on just a few months of their senior year playing for their school.

Bullis had a senior transfer running back this fall. Just saying..

Looking at Wave 1-3- Politics plays an Obvious role. If for example you look at the Cumulative performance over high school for a school that already has 3 players selected, 2 of them should not of been even discussed let alone selected. POLITICS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMO

Hope Landon enjoys their undefeated season because their will be a lot of tears when they lose in the playoffs !!!!!!!!!!

That's true. The players father was in the military and his job moved him closer to the DC area. BTW the RB will be attending Harvard next year. Seems like this worked out for everyone. Just saying.

Agree, Bullis has the potential to wreck Landon's goal of a national title.

Bullis while good, is just not deep enough to beat Landon. They have the offense but itll be hard to get possessions the way shockey is playing at the x.

wow, your out of the loop. They were named to the under armour all American game. Which is even harder than getting us lacrosse AA. The UA game is a top 44 game on espn July 1st between the south and north. They have to make the team ahead of time so kids can plan their summers accordingly to be avail Ike for the game/books flights. Plus they were selected well beyond half way through the season

Ok, if this is a club lacrosse/early recruiting/early teen hype harvest, then fine. Call it that. Or call it the sorta pre-season/mid-season PR campaign winners. All-America teams in any sport recognize the most outstanding players for a season. This doesn't do that.

Two years ago endless whining and politics by all people related to Landon pulled their goalie onto this list in the last wave. Senate campaigns last year were less organized. Now, who was that kid again? Hard to place his name since he washed out of Hopkins lacrosse before fall ball ended in his 1st year.

Landon has an outstanding team this year & those 3 kids are certainly very good players. That written, you wouldn't need to go out of the IAC or WCAC to make an argument for other kids locally...many of whom may be having a much better season than kids named to it. That's lacrosse.

The goalie picked before him was going to army and couldn't play in the game because he had army commitments, the Landon goalie was second in line, not politics. Also, what do his off the field issues that caused him to leave hopkins have to do with the validity of his selection based on his HS performances.
