I haven’t heard anything from those neckbeards who said we were all making this up, this never happens. Have you? Seems quiet around here.

Is he a citizen?

Plenty of rapes are committed by citizens. Plenty.

So you now acknowledge he exists and that activists weren’t making the case up? Did you apologize for that ish?

You crazies weren’t saying he wasn’t a citizen, you were saying he didn’t exist and that this never happened.

So just to be clear, the forced birthers can’t just admit that they’re wrong on this, and instead they’re only pretending to care about rape?

Are you as dumb as Glenn Kessler?

From commenter wihntr, who knows more about this subject than alleged fact checker Kessler does:
Anonymous wrote:I participated in the investigation of and prosecuted hundreds of child maltreatment cases, the vast majority of them sexual assaults. I was also my county's juvenile court prosecutor for two years. The notion that a ten-year-old child became pregnant and in need of an abortion is very credible. The fact that no prosecution for having impregnated the child has yet been made public means nothing. I personally know of many cases where little girls like this have been raped. Once when I was in juvenile court we had a 13-year-old runaway who was pregnant-- with her second child.

First, the girl in this case may be unwilling or unable to disclose the identity of the person who assaulted her (and as far as I am aware sex with a child as young as ten is a sexual assault, a rape, in every state even if no physical force as most people think of it was involved.) She may be afraid to say who raped her. She may be unsure who raped her. She may not know the identity of the person who raped her. She may be developmentally delayed and non-verbal. (People with developmental disabilities are particularly vulnerable to sexual assault.) Investigators may be awaiting the results of the abortion to obtain a DNA sample form the fetus in order to try to identify the person who raped the girl.

Second, if the person who impregnated the girl is himself a juvenile-- which is not at all unlikely-- in most states the prosecution of such an assault would take place in juvenile court, where proceedings are rarely made known to the public. All the fact-checking in the world would not get anywhere in trying to verify the story if it went to juvenile court.

Third, because we are dealing with a child and a medical procedure where that child is the patient, HIPPA prevents many of the people involved from saying anything that could get into the public domain identifying the patient.

Someone who knows more about child sexual assault should have written this "fact-check."

You and Kessler sound like you’re trying to find a loophole for why making women and girls slaves is acceptable and not that bad. It is that bad. For every horror story like this poor raped 10 year old, there will be thousands of individual women whose misery will never be made public. You and every other forced birther or forced birther apologist will bear this blood, death and misery on your hands.

I have a hard time believing this story.

Just want to remind the forced birth crowd what they were saying a year ago. Megyn Fox wasn’t speculating about his immigration status.

There are a lot of BS made up stories, so it makes sense to be skeptical.

Crickets. They've moved on to harassing gay people.

From what I'm reading, following the links in the story posted above, the issue was the state of OH could not find record of the rape, which led to allegations that it never happened. Does anyone know how this man had access to the child?

Hello, maga, perhaps you could read the linked article on his conviction.

Or maybe you could just recognize that lots of guys are terrible, horrible crap human beings and maybe legal abortion is a public good. But that’s sure not where you’re going to go with this. One must reject all the angels’ attempts to open your mind! Watch more Fox! Read more forwards! Liberals bad!! Liberals bad!!

Since you can't Google:
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/man-sentenced-life-prison-rape-10-year-old-sought-abortion-indiana-rcna92687

Gerson Fuentes, 28, was charged with two felony counts of rape in an indictment filed in Franklin County, Ohio, last year in a case that made national headlines after Roe v. Wade was overturned. Fuentes, a Guatemalan national, confessed to raping the child in an interview with police, according to documents filed in Franklin County Municipal Court.

Fuentes was the live-in boyfriend of the child's mother, and the girl was under age 10 at the time of the rape, prosecutors said.

The girl had to travel to a neighboring state to terminate the pregnancy, her physician, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, told The Indianapolis Star last summer. Ohio’s “fetal heartbeat” law, which outlaws abortion, was enacted hours after the Supreme Court overturned abortion protections in a 6-3 ruling in June last year.

Also let’s not forget this happens to approx 40 10 year old girls in OHIO every year.
Just in the state of Ohio.

No, the “issue was” people in this country believe a ten year old should have been forced to carry her rapists baby to term, but wanted to hide that fact from voters.

If only EVERY rapist of a child got LIFE in prison, we’d have FAR fewer rapists. Heck, I doubt most of them get ANY prison!!

Any EVIL person who covers for these rapists should go to prison to. Where would that put Planned Parenthood?
