How much weight have you gained from 1 year ago?

So, so much. This thread makes me feel better. AT least we're all in this together

I don’t think I have gained much or any, but I am overweight, and I think I have less muscle than I used to.

I had about 10 pounds of baby weight to lose at the start of the pandemic. At the time my baby was six months and I had lost the first 24 pounds and wanted to lose an additional 10, and honestly would have liked to lose a couple more. Anyways, I did lose 10 pounds but somehow added about five back. Ugh, the pandemic has been awful. I started back at barre classes in Feb of 2020 and then of course they shut down a month later. Online workouts just aren't the same.

I went up 23 pounds and I was already 15 higher than I should have so all together 38 pounds! I am down 16 now. 22 more to go!

About 5-6lbs. All since November or so.

I was doing great at the beginning of covid, but then lost some exercise motivation and continued loving food.

I'm bummed about it because I'm short and I definitely feel those lbs. Come March, I really need to focus and get back on track.

Same. Except for losing the 16. Good for you!

I weigh the same but I fit into my old clothes now after months of exercising. It was with great alarm in early Fall that I couldn't fit my clothes from the previous year. So I didn't gain or lose weight, just got toned.

Weigh the same bit I think I have lost some muscle tone. This is despite running 3-4x a week. I used to walk 8000 steps a day without really trying.

Lost weight because I no longer get Starbucks several times a week, no picking up treats while grocery shopping, no TJs chocolate treats, no eating out... We do occasionally get takeout and it tastes so salty to me now! I do kind of miss TJs and Target though.

This is me too. I have a high metabolism but also a major sweet tooth and I like to snack. COVID life has meant less opportunity for mindless eating for me, because we do all our grocery shopping online (so fewer impulse buys) and I don't run out in the afternoon to buy a cookie at the coffee shop near my office. We also go hiking a lot on weekends, even when it's cold, because it's something safe to do that gets us out of the house. So altogether I've lost about 10 pounds since last March.

I have lost about 15-20 pounds this year.

Gained and then just lost 15 lbs. Sigh.

SAME, I need to get toned again

10 lbs and because I'm only 5 ft., I really feel like I look dumpy now. I need to try harder to lose the weight - I don't feel good with it plus I don't want to need a whole need wardrobe when I go back to work.
