| I have gained at least 20 about it. I’m the kind of person though I operate like a light switch once I turn it on I’m full steam ahead about losing the weight I’m not quite there yet but I’m getting awfully close with summer looming |
| I meant to say I’ve gained at least 20 pounds and not happy about it |
| 7lb menopot. |
| I was in the best shape until May and had a great routine. Back injury and haven't worked out. Up 8 lbs. |
| Gained probably 15 |

Pre pandemic I was 140
during the pandemic I got up to 150 Now, I’m starting to get back down to 140 So it took basically an entire year to lose 10lbs out of pure laziness |

I am right about the same weight as last March, maybe up 3ish pounds, which is great. But, I want to lose 15 pounds and get closer to my pre-baby weight of around 140-145. So I have some work to do.

I have gained 21 pounds since COVID started, I quit OTF last March and started running instead. Then seriously hurt my hip running, now I do nothing.
Can anyone define BBG? Thanks. |
| Up 15 by July, have held that since then. I started lifting weights in November and haven't lost any weight, but have lost inches since then. Hoping I'll see some movement on the scale at some point -- maybe when my covid belly doesn't jiggle as much and I feel better doing more cardio. |
| Yes, what is BBG? |
| Up 3-5 lbs. |
I gained 15 lbs. On the bright side, my BMI has hit 25, which qualifies me for the vaccine in Virginia?

Same. It’s not really the weight that bothers me though, it’s the change in body shape. |
| Lost five pounds, but still considered obese. |

I'm about the same weight but in much better shape. Started running last summer and now doing barre classes regularly. It feels good. I haven't exercised regularly since right after I had my baby (almost 4 years ago). Once I was cleared to exercise I worked hard to get fit and feel "like myself" again. But I burned out on it and decided to just let myself be for a bit -- no gyms, no classes, no on-purpose exercise except pushing my kid around in a stroller.
But the pandemic helped me find my motivation again. And WFH has given me more opportunities. Plus all the exercise has helped me deal with the stress and anxiety. Even on my "off" days I have to do something physical just to keep myself on an even keel. Also stopped drinking except once or twice a week when we have a nice meal. More water, more veggies, almost no alcohol. Plus tons of exercise. I'm the healthiest I've been in years. |
