None. I have more time to work out now that I don't have a commute.
+15, but I was at +25 in November so at least headed in the right direction.
20 lbs but I needed to was extremely under weight.
For me it is. I used to be 105. The scale just keeps going up and up. |
I stayed the same.
I started the pandemic 4 weeks postpartum so I am down 50lbs. But I am still 10 pounds more than before I had the baby so it sucks. I workout but I am too tempted to eat snacks and have wine at night. Plus 3 kids that I have to run around after. Pre-kids I usually was 135ish now I am about 145 and wondering if that is just my new normal (unless I starve myself but I don't want to do that).
I gained about 14 but have lost it so I'm back where I was when I started. Which was about 25-30 lbs up from where I should be.

When Covid hit, I was on my way to my goal weight and losing a a good clip of about a pound a week. Once the lockdown started it stopped cold, I maintained while still trying to lose. I was stuck 4 measly pounds from goal weight!
A bad injury in September and the holidays later, I was up 7lbs, have lost 5 but now plateaued. I’m one week into tightening my eating window to 12-8 to hopefully move the needle down again. |
Covid scared the crap out of me--particularly what it was doing to people my size. I have lost 80 pounds so far.
20. So easy to gain, so hard to lose.
Up about 10 at New Year’s, down about 5 since then.

I would not have gotten on a scale a year ago and I'm sure I gained some in the summer when I considered it too hot to exercise outside. I kicked things into gear about 5 to 6 months ago, and I've probably lost 30 to 35 pounds and 2 to 3 pant sizes. I think COVID-related boredom actually spurred me on to lost the weight. It at least gave me something new to occupy my time/thoughts, etc.
DH has gained about the same amount that I lost. |
-30. I'm 9 pounds away from not being obese for the first time in 15 years though so don't be jealous.
9 I think. I was pretty even until the late summer and I don't think my diet or activity changed much then (but obviously it must have). I have kind of given up until springtime--just hoping to stay level for the next few weeks and then start exercising more when it's easier to get out of the house. My wife buys unhealthy food and I can't stop eating it and I'm pretty annoyed with myself.
Up about 20
