| I’m doing ok.. haven’t gained.. lost a few pounds actually through IF, low carb and exercising. I find I have more time now to workout. I bought an exercise bike to use with the Peleton app, plus I exercise to classes on the free app, FitOn. |

I've been 145 pounds for years. Sometimes I lose a few or gain a few but I always settle back there.
I'm at 163 now and I swear I didn't really eat that much more. BUT I did hurt my back 2 years ago and then once COVID hit and I never left the house, I think I wasn't burning any calories. No getting kids in the car or going to sports and our walks were once a week at most. Mid 40's isn't kind to the waistline. |
