Constipated Pregnant Lady. Seriously, I was checking back for DAYS waiting to see if she finally got to take a dump.

Omg, I'm hysterical just over the one line you just wrote. Off to read the thread...

lol, really? So I am curious but didn't ask in the original post - how old are you?

And as a side note, I was also the OP of the flames thread. My husband thought it was hilarious that a thread I started as a catalyst for an article on DCUM.

I'm 46.

I don't understand this as a blanket statement. Doesn't it depend on the weight of the skirt material and the cut?

Not the person who requested this link.... but I couldn't even finish reading that. Sounded like she was making it all up to be funny - and it wasn't.

She will never know about this. She's faaaaaaaaar faaaaaaaaar away and doesn't use the "internets".

We're safe, girls.

Ahahahaha, I cannot believe you actually posted this! Thats hilarious...my sister would kill me! She does look very happy though. Good for her!

Homely face.

Hey, leave it alone. Her sister didn't invite criticism here. She was unknowingly posted here, so leave it alone.

My favorite was the preschooler/toddlers wearing bikinis thread. One poster (or a few nutballs) thought it was slutty and tacky for a toddler to even wear a tankini. The ridiculous part was that to counter the argument that a tankini is much eaiser for a young kid to go potty her insistence that it was better to get into some bizarre position over the toilet and hold back the bottom of your one piece bathing suit when you pee or do something else. As an adult there is no way that I could do this without peeing all over myself and my suit. There is no way a preschooler could manage this without falling into the toilet or peeing over everything.

I think I'm the poster you were talking about. I don't remember thinking it was slutty or tacky for a toddler to wear a bikini. Certainly not a tankini, I'd have no issues with that at all. But some posters were saying the full on bikinis were necessary for going potty. And all I said was that, as a female growing up with a pool at our house in the 1970s, there were no bikinis - or tankinis - for little kids. My mom taught me that easier than trying to peel a wet one piece down around your ankles and then back up again was to just pull the crotch part to the side and pee. Even as a young child, I had not problem with this. Never remember peeing on myself, as my hand would be off to the side and my pee would be, well, going down into the potty. Don't see the controversy here.

I do agree with you that this might not be easy for a potty training child.

What is the reason for wearing an unlined skirt with no slip? Unless it's velvet, it's gonna be flimsy and look cheap.

Wool? Stiff cotton?

Seriously, I'm going to have to stand on the corner with you, have you label people as "slip" and "no slip," then pay each labeled woman $20 to show us her undergarments. I don't give you better odd than 50/50.
