A Democrat is gonna win the school board. Tom is a good guy who I think will listen to parents more, and is not (yet) jaded by politics. He wants to do the right thing.

The problem is, he is already in the pocket of Anderson and her crew. If we want to stop the chaos of things like the boundary review we need some independent thinkers.

He seems like a nice guy. He also comes across as a lightweight who’ll vote for whatever Sandy Anderson and Karl Frisch tell him to vote for. It’s so funny that everyone supporting Krezel is Republican lite. Makes one wonder about her own politics. Is she even a real Democrat? Hmmm.

In that debate, I did not think either one was a good choice. But, it does not matter. I don't live in Braddock.

Krezel reminds me of Robyn Lady --especially the way she talks about her experience.

And, the part about choosing to live in Fairfax county for the schools--9 years before having a child is kind of weird.

Krezel was bumbling all over the place and being vapid.

Dannan did ok. He certainly seemed to know more and came prepared with facts and figures.

I'd vote for the GOP in this one. We need someone to challenge the others.

I think they need to quit allowing endorsements from the parties. SB is supposed to be "non-partisan," but we are getting the extremes from both parties.
When the parties hand out flyers at the elections with their endorsement on them, the SB members are hardly "non-partisan."
When SB members are having a debate sponsored by a political party, they are hardly "non-partisan."
When there is a vote from both parties on which candidate to endorse, the election is NOT non-partisan.

Sure, it makes sense. You are just happy with the current Board. We need someone who challenges --even if we don't like the challenge.
