When is the Virtual Academy MS / HS Orientation

My kid’s school, like every other brick-and-mortar MCPS school (aside from the year-round ones) starts the same day as the virtual academy.

There has been no announcement about a parent orientation for my kid’s school. Why do you think the VA should be any different?

When there is lack of transparency on decisions that effect student's future, there will be questions on intentions of the leadership. That is what is playing out all over DCUM.
Unfortunately, what we observe is that not ALL students are provided with opportunities to excel in academics driven by equity over excellence. This approach will most likely fail the highly abled students in the system.
