Grey's Anatomy surprise

I am just refusing to do crossovers. They aren’t pulling me into that crappy Station 19. That bit at the beginning of greys this week where they all say 19! was soooo overacted and under-written. Just dumb.

PP has a good point about the lack of Asians. Is Hawaii 5-0 still on? That guy from Lost and Hawaii 5-0 would make a good chief of something. He’s got that chiseled grey’s look.

One difference between grey’s and ER is that they never really cover the nurses. There’s that one older OR nurse who is Asian but never has lines, and there was that nurse first season that alex gave VD but otherwise we really never see the nurses or orderlies.

GA has had some really good characters and a few great eps (the Sanctuary episodes) but ER was far superior. I miss that show, wish they'd reboot it.

I just fast forwarded through all the scenes except the ones with DeLuca and Carina. Easy to do.

Grey's is a prime time soap. ER was so good. I think you can rewatch it on Hulu.

Love that Hawaii 5-0 actor. It really says something about Hollywood that when you try to think of Asian actors that would be a great fit for Grey's, it's hard to think of more than one or two.

Just read this could be the last season for GA. I'm cool with that. Show has lost so many good characters, just not the same.

When is Ellen Pompeo's contract up? That should be a clue.

Agreed in all points. Station 19 looks dreadful.

This season is just terrible.

I've hung on for so many seasons but I don't know how many I have left.

+1 None of the current matchups are very appealing (with the possible exception of Amelia and Link). The show has lost its spark, period. I like the Irish doctor okay but see no real chemistry with M.

Whole episode on Teddy? Blergh. I like the actress, there's just something that's never clicked with that character. I think following Sandra Oh was part of the problem.

Ghost Lexie on next week. Yawn. Enough with the ghosts. Bring back Alex, April, Callie, and Heigl for a guest arc if she's willing. And Addison, please.

If she doesn't bring Ghost McSteamy with her, I'm not interested. So dumb.

Daniel Dae Kim has already been on The Good Doctor and New Amsterdam--he's clearly on the Hollywood doctor radar.

She guested in at least one episode - she was director of a hospital in Switzerland, someone needed treatment there I think? But agree with your main point, she was Meredith’s person more than Derek.

I still miss George!
