Aw, I liked Yasuda, though not with the resident as a love interest. She had Cristina energy, a lot of potential with her character. Other than Bailey, whom we want to remain happily settled, there is no-one interesting left! Jake Borelli is leaving too! The new hardass doc is a dud. None of the romantic pairings are remotely interesting. The show needs a major shake-up.

I still watch, because at this point I've watched it all, it feels like I need to finish it lol. If it ever finishes. I miss Alex. I love what he brought to the show. Bring him and Izzy back for a little reunion. Christina too. I hope that if next year is the last (and I think a lot of us are ready for that), they bring back some of the originals (who haven't died lol).

I feel like there's not a lot of medical drama's currently on TV. Chicago Med. Anything else? The Good Doctor just ended. Oh wait isn't there some Transplant type one too?

Cristina won't be back--Sandra Oh said no way. She has plenty of more interesting work now. Would make a big difference to have Alex and Izzy back for an arc. Always great when Addison makes an appearance, but the actress lives in Australia now. The current cast is largely a dud.

I’m the OP and didn’t realize this thread still had life!

I’m just not that interested in this season and knowing that Yasuda and Schmitt won’t be back may finally cause me to give up on Grey’s. Of course if next season really is the last I’ll probably stick with it.

I’ve read that there are more medical dramas premiering this fall.
