I like the Irish pediatrician and want him to get together with Mer.
I want Owen and Teddy together. I want Jackson and April to get back together. (Kill off her current husband if necessary.) I want Lexie back. I want Jo to adopt that woman's baby and raise it on her own. I want more a lot more Nico, in every episode. |
| I stopped watching when, five or six episodes in, it was still full throttle on COVID. We watch TV shows to escape hearing about COVID. Even the other medical shows powered down on COVID after 1 or 2 episodes. |
Disappointing, like him too. tired of this show killing off so many leads. |
Yeah, really don't get the point in this case. Jackson would be much less missed, especially without April. |
| The obvious person who has never come back is Cristina. I have to imagine it’s because Sandra Oh just won’t make an appearance, but it’s just so unrealistic. She was Meredith’s person and then she leaves and that’s just it? |
Apparently April is returning, hope it's not just a one-off. https://www.usmagazine.com/entertainment/news/sarah-drew-set-to-return-to-greys-anatomy-after-2018-exit/ |
Yes on the Irish pediatrician and on Jo adopting the baby—those are both clearly in the plans. I like nico okay but I like “glasses” a ton! Let’s have lots of his cute neurotic nice guy shtick. I’m sick to death of Jackson despite how hot he is—get him back with April and let them both move far away or let her have a thruple with hot firefighter and Jackson. (I have a soft spot for hot FF because that actor was on All my children when I watched it in the 90s during grad school lunch breaks). Never liked Lexie, so sick of Teddy. I get the “jumped the shark” posters but in some ways I like the tired old Greys better than the early years. Found Meredith so irritating and immature in the early years and found the whole thing about doctors constantly sleeping around in the closets just too ridiculous. Now she has middle aged jowls and a bunch of kids and always looks a little tired and irked by everyone...I find it much more realistic and I like her a lot more! I miss Alex though—I also liked his middle aged paunch and weariness. I also like Amelia and Weber, both of whom I’d hang out with in real life. And amelias boyfriend the ortho guy I like as well. |
Ita with all of this! |
First PP with the list here--Yes, agree with all this. Never had a soft spot for Meredith until the last few years, especially after Derek died. Also agree about Jackson-- he is just kind of pathetic without April. Then running off together on her wedding day was one of my favorite episodes. And it must be said again-- more Nico. (And what's with the dearth of Asians at Seattle Grace? I've never seen so few Asians in a hospital! And it's in Seattle!) |
Also agree. Wish Bailey had more to do but not sure what stories are left to tell there. Same with Richard. |
| Wish they had made it clear we were supposed to watch Station 19 first. Thought I had missed an episode! |
Yeah, I learned from another time when they did a crossover and I was so confused. |
| If you don't watch regular TV and see the commercials, you wouldn't know it was a crossover episode. I watched on Hulu and it wasn't in the description. I just happened to find out when googling to see what date Grey's was coming back this spring. |
Yes, they need to figure out a better way to advertise this for streaming viewers. |
| I have never watched Station 19 before. Worth watching that episode if I already watched the Grey’s one? |
