Help, I can't open my jar of Talenti

Anonymous
I just tried Talenti for the first time. The jar was indeed difficult to open. And then it really wasn't that good, although it is all gone now (any port in a storm). I had the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor. Are other flavors better?

Np here, I don't get the hype, either. Too much sugar, not enough cream.

Can't open mine either. Just wrote to the company. This is insane. This is a recent issue. I'm going back to Haagen Dazs. I've distorted my hands.

Alternatively, run a thin stream of hot water from the tap over the sides of the lid, not on top or on the container.

The reason it's stuck is that it either wasn't filled properly or melted and refroze where the lid screws unto the sides.

I tried the first trick and it worked. Wedge a spoon under the lid and the force will pop it open!!!
