| Ah! Trying for 2 days to open my Double Dark Chocolate pint jar. Running warm water UNDER the lid worked like a charm after trying everything else! I had tried running warm water on the side of the lid in the beginning. Thank you. So glad to find this solution online. I had a feeling I wasn’t the only one with this problem. ? |

I let the ice cream sit out for a few minutes, then turned the container upside down and gently slid a butter knife in the seal between the jar and the lid. I slid the butter knife around the entire perimeter once, then a second time while bending the knife slightly outward to stretch the
lid. Soon enough, voila! |

I haven't had any since the jar opening fiasco but did they change the ingredients? Seems like it tasted better several years ago. |
| Put the lid under hot water. The lid will expand making it easier to get off. |

| Funny story, I used to live in a large high-rise in Arlington and some girl down the hall called maintenance to open her jar of talenti and I look in the hallway and the maintenance guys were standing around it with their toolkits trying to open it. |
