Help, I can't open my jar of Talenti

I'm so pissed off. I have to have PRP therapy because I've got tennis elbow and I think one of the causes was that stupid jar of Talenti

Ah! Trying for 2 days to open my Double Dark Chocolate pint jar. Running warm water UNDER the lid worked like a charm after trying everything else! I had tried running warm water on the side of the lid in the beginning. Thank you. So glad to find this solution online. I had a feeling I wasn’t the only one with this problem. ?

I miss my Talenti but was just too frustrated not being able to open them.

I've defected to Ben and Jerry's.

I let the ice cream sit out for a few minutes, then turned the container upside down and gently slid a butter knife in the seal between the jar and the lid. I slid the butter knife around the entire perimeter once, then a second time while bending the knife slightly outward to stretch the
lid. Soon enough, voila!

Also trash, along with Häagen-Dazs. All 3 are owned by financiers and conglomerates who switch out high-quality for the cheapest shit they can. $

I haven't had any since the jar opening fiasco but did they change the ingredients? Seems like it tasted better several years ago.

Put the lid under hot water. The lid will expand making it easier to get off.

Supper easy fix, take it outside and pound all around the lid with a hammer.

Use a strap wrench. Even a girl can do it.

Must be hard to stare at the jar and you really want to eat it. you can almost taste it.
Then you hurt your hand, was it worth it?

Funny story, I used to live in a large high-rise in Arlington and some girl down the hall called maintenance to open her jar of talenti and I look in the hallway and the maintenance guys were standing around it with their toolkits trying to open it.
