Fed Hiring Freeze

Got an offer to start on 2/6/2017
The offer is from an assumed "Fed Public health" agency not sure if it falls under the freeze waiver .
lets see how this plays out ...

The article in The Hill states he only mentioned an exemption for military but that we'd have to wait and see the text to see if there was an exemption for public health and safety.

I never understand when people post shit like this. Of course people are online doing non-work activities occasionally during the workday. As long as you get your work don't efficiently and done well, why should it matter? Blue collar workers get 15 minute breaks and unpaid lunch breaks, why shouldn't white collar federal workers?

So on the Spicer Press Conference he states the Federal Govt hiring freeze was put in place because government work is duplicative and so that taxpayer money is not wasted for those that are working really hard. Unreal!
