WHEN are you numbskulls going to realize that box means nothing in regards to actual full-field Sprting lacrosse? Its apples and orange folks. Lots of top HS kids don't play box and its a different game. For the record, I dont have a kid who plays for DCE or Gonzaga.

Who is in this league? Why would a 2021 team play a varsity team? Something does not seem right here....

DCE 2022 team beat GZ fresh team in the fall league

This is why people hate DCE. Total idiot parents. If you think that was the full Gonzaga Varsity and/or Freshmen teams, you are crazy.

DCE = Crazy Parents..OK I get it....

BUT how is the team? Coaches? Cost? What other clubs offer more?

They effectively charged families $350 to tryout for the team. The arrogance for once was a terrible now and now just a one with one strong team is mind boggling. Especially when DCE 2021 lost half of their starters.

You do realize that many Varsity players don't always play box. It can be made up of hopefuls for varsity.

Idea...Post something positive about a team, coach, player etc. Can you do it?

Here's one:

Bullis and Landon will both be Top 10 national caliber teams. One of them will probably be Top 5.
Gonzaga and Prep will both be Top 20 national caliber teams.
SSSA and Paul VI could sneak into the Top 25 as well, but both have some work to do to prove it.

I think by the end of the season, only one team from the IAC will be in the top 10 National polls. A lot of this depends on how either Landon or Bullis perform in their non conference games.

Prep was BAD last year. They didn't even finish in the top half of the league. Several of their early commits were 8th grade middle school super star who committed in 9th grade when college coaches were taking gambles on kids. They will have to win some games in their own league to be considered top 25 IMO

SS/SA will be good and I project them to finish in the top half of the IAC with Landon and Bullis.

PVI is a wild card. They always look good on paper every year but they are poorly coached and only win games in the summer and during Fall Ball.

Gonzaga will be similar to what they were last year but should win the WCAC.

Finally a great post. I agree with this, good year for lacrosse in this area. All of these teams have some great talent and the one that puts it all to best use will have a great season. I suspect 3 of them will do it.

Not a Prep homer, the new Fogo will help this team. They moved the ball well this fall.

Landon is talented as always, can they win at the faceoff x with all the talent in the league at this position.

Bullis looks good, but I’m not sold that a team can make a top run without a senior leader.

SSSA is a good team, not great. Something just seems off with them. Coach? Players? Anyone have insight?

Whose the new prep fogo

I think the Prep fogo was at Episcopal last fall, then left for public school for the winter and spring and now is at Prep.
