| In these programs is this where principals learn about how to pressure teachers about grade inflation/ retaliation dynamics? We did not learn this in grad school or undergrad programs. When principals in mcps want arbitrary numbers and fudged data I always feel dirty bc we had no training on this. We did have training of fairness in grading and truthful reporting bit it always seems this takes back seat to teachers wanting to keep their jobs at all costs. |

They should not be asking you to manipulate data. That’s obviously unethical. Put together a trail of proof and contact their director, the Chief Academic Officer, etc. within central office. |

Their current principals were each appointed in 2019...not a very long tenure. |

I think the Principal from Rolling Terrace is leaving to become Head of School at Woods Academy in Bethesda. |

She's currently the Wyngate principal, so a new vacancy there. |
