I’m not responsible for the posts of others, so your last sentence is just complete nonsense. This is a political board. If you don’t like a debate about the policy choices that led to this wildfire debacle, head over to the travel board for a breather. But don’t try to silence me by false claims. |
This is a two party system. Stomping your feet about it won’t change that. |
Watching the games this weekend maga was cheering during the moments of silence for the people left homeless in California.
Looking forward to Hurricane season. No more money for the socialist republicans. |
Stop arguing with maga liars working for Putin |
Link? I don’t see anything online verifying this but I didn’t watch the games. |
I suppose this is political, but I never noticed just how much Gavin Newspme used hands and his body to speak. I watched the interview on NBC and was distracted by the amount of movement.

Ignoring flood zone warnings in red states is not a colossal policy error? |
Would you agree that California can keep all the money it sends to the federal government that is redistributed to the taker red states? If so you’ve got a deal. California will self-flagellate about its “policy errors” as much as you like, and California will also get to keep all of its money that is currently taken and sent to red states. I’m sure both MAGA and Californians would be happy to take that deal. |
This. |
I don’t know much about Newsome, but I see his name floated for 2028 from time to time. I would like to see AOC at the top of the ticket. She is dynamic and fresh, which the Dems definitely need. Maybe, Newsome as VP ? I thought Walsh was a dud last time. |
No no no, absolutely not. I’m a Democrat, but I’ll pass on AOC. Sorry she’s the ticket if we want to lose again. |
Pretty much how I feel as well. |
Why are democrats obsessed with celebrity politicians. AOC is a treasure to watch when she grills people. She does her research. But her uncompromising personality will make her an ineffective leader. |
Deal for what? I’m not a Californian and this is their mess to deal with. I’m just pointing out that there are costs associated with flawed priorities, not filling your water reservoirs and not allowing insurance companies to price out risk. |
Stop pretending that the only people debating you are Russian and defend your policy positions. |
