The shower you see with the stool is the 'minor' Master Suite on main level - the real one is on the 2nd floor. The first floor one would be best as an wonderful guest suite as the spacious office and that little narrow room with another desk is another of the suite of rooms. I am surprised at how many find it cold: it sure didn't feel that way in person. And no way if in my dreams that I had this home that I wouldn't add a bit of color - and some additional natural textures - but it was just lovely to walk through and dream. First floor has 12' ceilings and rest of house was I think 9'. So much light every where - even amazing lower level. |
I prefer my Kenwood dream homes to be 60s/70s fabulous. |
lol. I had that thought. |
Not a fan of the white on white on white. The staging choices reinforce how cold the house seems |
I hate it too. |
Looks as spiritually vacant as the photo of the person peddling it.

The playful hidden chalkboard in the pantry should have scribbled text, "See, I'm not a pretentious c*unt. Really!" |
How could anyone with children want a white and grey color scheme throughout? It’ll look, and be, filthy within a day. |
Thanks, seller/realtor! |
Kenwood has a complex about Somerset's most expensive listing selling at $4.2M, more than anything has ever sold for in Kenwood. Ah, Kenwood, never change! |
Yeah, if I had to live in Kenwood, I would demand an old school den for wayward private school teenagers in which to have awkward formative experiences. |
It’s staged in all muted grays. Have some imagination with color and different furniture. It can look gorgeous and warm. |
would've been better had they used hardwood floors in a deep brown. The grey floors they used look like laminate (probably not laminate, but it's so smooth, shiny and a weird color that it seems cheap). |
Yuck |
So small and dated |
