Went to this Open House yesterday - in Kenwood. Dreamy-and the staging was awesome:

| I am unimpressed with the bath and the tile selections. A $4.3m home should not have THAT much cheap subway tile. I would want high end tile. They couldn't even put in a tile bench in the master. It's just a stool. |

I like it. A little cold, but nothing that a few new pieces here and there wouldn't warm up.
But this is what depresses me about DC: you could have that house for 1 million in another city. |

| Color pictures would be better. Not that great a house. For 4.3 mil I expect a whole lot of other amenities. It did not have the curb appeal also. |
