The first floor one would be best as an wonderful guest suite as the spacious office and that little narrow room with another desk is another of the suite of rooms. I am surprised at how many find it cold: it sure didn't feel that way in person. And no way if in my dreams that I had this home that I wouldn't add a bit of color - and some additional natural textures - but it was just lovely to walk through and dream. First floor has 12' ceilings and rest of house was I think 9'. So much light every where - even amazing lower level. [/quote]
