Wife is upset that I'm not reacting strongly enough to the Kavanaugh hearings

I am a woman and the anti-men hysterics I have seen here, on Facebook, etc. are making me want to revolt. I understand a movement, but can we try not to act like perpetual victims?

I honestly don’t know what to believe at this point re: Kavanaugh. However, I’m sad for both of them. Especially sad for Ms. Ford because the poor woman was used completely as a pawn. I hope she develops some self-respect. I mean that kindly.

This is just an abusive relationship OP is in. We as a society need to recognize these type of women and call them out. His wife is a bully. She feels he is not supportive enough of he political view so berates him??

It's classic over-correction. Over-corrections usually adjust back.

The movement will ultimately subside when the movement cannibalizes itself (and it will).

Some think the over-correction is necessary. Maybe, maybe not. It will eventually stop and the question is will it stop when there's an over-correction going the opposite way or when things stabilize in the middle?

OP, look at the crazy responses on this thread. Your wife is upset because if she were ever sexually assaulted, she would have to deal with throngs of angry white men telling her she is lying.

see.. again.. it's not about politics. And if you think this is abuse, then you have bigger issues.

I really don't get it, how does it impact her exactly? What is she going hysterical about? If you don't have kids, divorce, nobody needs to worry about politics, plenty of real problems of your own to handle. Is this a trigger for her? Are you people seriously wasting time on this?

This too many people have not enough going wrong in their lives, so they need something to get upset over

Males, not lames

Meh. Same difference.
