What do you eat for breakfast?

All-bran cereal with almond milk at him around 6, then once I get into work I'll have a cup of coffee with creamer and a hard boiled egg.

Typo but I'm keeping it. Eating at him sounds like something I'd have to explain to my DH

Just a cereal bar, I am not a breakfast person

oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh blueberries, corn on the cob and banana.

There are a lot of foods I don't like, but know there good for me. The foods don't taste that bad as long as you mix it with something else. My oatmeal is fine as long as I have berries in it. Same with kale, as long as I have a light dressing that coats all of it and have plenty of good toppings. I definitely have to have fresh fruit with yogurt , too.

Set coffee maker every night; goes off at 5a and it's like someone made it for me. 2 cups with half and half and a dash of brown sugar/Splenda blend. I hate artificial sweeteners but the blend gives a nice malty taste and is low cal. 8a: One ounce high fiber cereal, raspberries, 4 oz 2% milk. 10a: Siggi's acai berry yogurt or 2 boiled eggs. 12p: big lunch, whatever I want. 6p: light dinner with lots of veggies. DD is 5 so we're done with dinner by 7p and I try not to eat after that.

Every day. I work the 6a shift at the hospital and this routine keeps my weight where I want it and makes me a much more pleasant doc.

I make a batch of hardboiled eggs every weekend so I have them for the week.

Boiling batches of eggs is such a good idea. I've been boiling batches of four. Each morning, I cut up two eggs in pieces, some chopped onion, two Claussen pickle spears cut into small pieces and two squirts of Goulden's spicy mustard and mix it together. It's a form of egg salad and takes under five minutes to prepare since the eggs are already boiled. I like that it 's filling, quick, fresh, and I never overeat since I make one serving at a time.

This sounds great!

I have to say, that sounds...unappetizing.

when I work from home, I just have coffee until around 11. Then I either have greek yogurt/fruit/granola, or some version of this: scrambled egg/eggwhite with spinach, sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top of a slice of avocado sourdough toast (or plain toast if we're out of avocado) and black tea with milk and honey. If I'm in a rush I will just do toast with cottage or cream cheese and sliced tomato.

if I'm heading into work, I do coffee and take either the yogurt mix or a slice of veggie frittato and eat it around 11.

once every few weeks I splurge on bagel, lox, tomato and cc.
