Coffee with cream & sugar
Overnight oats with various add-ins Peanut butter on wheat toast (sometimes with banana / apple butter) Granola bar (Clif, Luna, Kind, etc.) Waffles with butter & jam Weekends, usually som kind of egg, bacon / sausage, etc... something that's actually a hot breakfast or maybe brunch somewhere. I'll order Benedict or corned beef hash or biscuits & gravy. Occasionally a slice of cold pizza or cold Chinese or leftover pot roast. |

Oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar. Black coffee. Repeat 300 times a year. |
Plain oatmeal, plain non fat Greek yogurt with berries. Every day. |
I don't like them. Plus I get my fats from the avocados. |
Although I do eat the yolk when I fry or poach my eggs. Just don't like well-done yolks and when I hard-boil, I inevitably cook them well-done because I like to boil them and forget them. |

Another person here who eats avocado toast (I guess that seems to be the standard right now) with an egg.
Often I have a smoothie with it or a green juice if I feel up to cleaning my juicer after. |
