+1. I am the same way. Just coffee until lunchtime. I have started having some carrot and celery Juice (make it myself) mid-morning, but that is about it. I can never stomach anything the first few hours after I am up. It is odd because I don't eat a heavy dinner, and I am done eating by 7:00 pm. Lunch is, and has always been my main meal. I don't know if that is biology, the way I grew up eating, or both. |
Ooh, that salad sounds really good! |

That's very healthy. Nutritionists say that lunch should be the largest meal of the day. You're lucky that it comes naturally for you! |

Yesterday, it was a large hard boil egg. Enough protein to keep me full for 2 hours. It's never the same each day. It's whatever I have available at home. |
A bagel, or a 300 calorie sausage or Canadian bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Plus black coffee. |

And coffee with a little skim milk. Avocado toast question - just a half an avocado? Does the other half keep? |
