What do you eat for breakfast?

+1. I am the same way. Just coffee until lunchtime. I have started having some carrot and celery Juice (make it myself) mid-morning, but that is about it. I can never stomach anything the first few hours after I am up. It is odd because I don't eat a heavy dinner, and I am done eating by 7:00 pm. Lunch is, and has always been my main meal. I don't know if that is biology, the way I grew up eating, or both.

If I don't do a salad, I generally do an English muffin with hummus and veggies on it, or cold oats with berries and almond milk. Sometimes if I'm really not hungry I just have a baby bell cheese and some nuts.

Ooh, that salad sounds really good!

That's very healthy. Nutritionists say that lunch should be the largest meal of the day. You're lucky that it comes naturally for you!

This morning, it was oatmeal microwaved with little water, mixed with granola pieces, apple pieces, chia seeds, honey.

Yesterday, it was a large hard boil egg. Enough protein to keep me full for 2 hours.

It's never the same each day. It's whatever I have available at home.

A bagel, or a 300 calorie sausage or Canadian bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Plus black coffee.
