What do you eat for breakfast?

I drink a green smoothie and then a fried egg with avacado toast.

My current rotation includes:
- Overnight oats with peanut butter, chia seeds, and a drizzle of maple syrup

- Plain whole-milk yogurt with berries and granola

- Two soft-boiled eggs with a piece of fruit (usually a banana or half an apple, will switch to peaches or berries in the summer)

- Breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, egg, and sprinkle of cheese

- Avocado toast and an egg

- Waffle sandwich - leftover waffle, toasted, smear with peanut butter, banana slices and maple syrup, fold in half. This is my extra indulgence when we make waffles on the weekend and have leftovers .

Coffee. If I'm hungry, I'll eat a banana. But I'm almost never hungry in the morning.
