If my child did that to someone else's child, I would apologize to the parents and make my child apologize too. Although it is typical behavior, I would feel like a schmuck if I didn't apologize.
Yes, be constructive. Focus on finding options. Help him find job leads. Both DH and I have tried striking out on our own business ventures. If we had denied each other going after our dreams, whether or not we succeeded, we would be resentful of each other. I know it is tough situation, but now is the time to be strong, supportive, and focused on solutions.
yes... fun! I love dancing and I'm having too much fun to stop. This sounds totally weird but I love seeing 80 year old women get down like they were 20...and 300 pound women shakin their hips and smiling ear to ear. It's a blast to be having fun with so many great women every week.
I do have all the DVDs, but a live class is always more fun than dancing by yourself. The DVDs are convenient and help you practice the moves at home.
I will always have green and black tea on hand, but just looking to add some variety. The chai with milk and honey sounds good...and yes my concern about coffee and cocoa was the sugar. I only like it the bad way...sweet and creamy!
I'm sorry, but to me it seems OP's issues or the PP's issues are logical concerns, but have nothing to do with race. I see men of all colors oogling women in the hot tub. Men do that. And I see women of all colors laying down in the sauna. And I see hair in the shower, and the women at my gym(s) come from all different backgrounds. So if the issues have nothing to do with race, why does OP make constant, repeated reference to it?
If she was oogled by men the same race as she is or surrounded by naked women in the locker room the same color as she, would there still be a need to reference the racial aspect of her experience?
after you get your heart rate down with slower pace movements, try ending your workout with cool down stretches or yoga. Floor stretches with deep, controlled breathing will help you get more relaxed. Spinal twists, hip openers, full body lengthening stretches, bridges...coordinate them with slow exhales and inhales. Super-relaxing music and low lights can help too. Follow with a hot shower and lavender oil...you should be ready for bed after that!
Anything as rich as coffee, besides coffee? I think I will try the chais, cuz the chamo will probably make me sleepy, right? Hot Apple cider sounds good too! Is there such thing as a healthy hot cocoa?
