New wardrobe or alter my clothes?

Oh and it wasn't painstaking...it was fun!

fun!!??? Zumbamama, did you do the zumba dvds to say that losing 50lbs was fun? If yes, would you recommend it? I'd love a fun way to get rid of the 70lbs I need to lose.
Thanks!
Oh, and congratulations on the weigth loss of course. If I were you, I would buy myself a few good pieces (for instance two pairs of good jeans, that fit you just right), and give your oversized stuff to charity. The only oversized items I would keep are the really special ones that you adore and know you won't find anymore. Those I would get tailored.

yes... fun! I love dancing and I'm having too much fun to stop. This sounds totally weird but I love seeing 80 year old women get down like they were 20...and 300 pound women shakin their hips and smiling ear to ear. It's a blast to be having fun with so many great women every week.

I do have all the DVDs, but a live class is always more fun than dancing by yourself. The DVDs are convenient and help you practice the moves at home.

oh and I did find great deals on jeans, now I'm trying to find shoes. Can you believe someone stole my sweaty Zumba shoes from the gym?!

I am taking Oriental technique at the Saffron in Arlington, but the other 5 classes I teach all over town. Next month I am going to teach at a homeless shelter for women.

There are classes all over the area, just look em' up - www.zumba.com or on CL.
