why do you say that? I am just curious to hear from other moms.... doc said to call when 5 minutes apart.
so I am 39 weeks tomorrow ... wondering if any other mamas have experienced anything like this...

today I have had very noticeable and frequent pain down low near the waste line (just at the bottom of belly)... this pain sometimes feels like a menstrual cramp and sometimes feels like it could just be pressure from baby...??? Could this be a contraction? I am also noticing much more frequent need to urinate since yesterday...

I have been timing these painful moments and they've ranged from about 13 to 22 minutes apart....

Has anyone else had this kind of experience? I am not seeing or noticing any tightness or squeezing of belly and only having this pain down low, not anywhere above that in the rest of belly/uterus area....

Thoughts? Experiences? Advice?

Thanks mamas!
im a drooler too... and a major SNORER!! anyone else?
no indication of ruptured membranes, right?
Thanks!!!!

We shall see what happens...
sounds like the mucus plug can come out all at once or bit by bit..for me its just a little at a time on the toilet paper ... very, very occasional cramping down low that feels like menstrual cramps... for those that have experienced contractions, does it actually feel like your stomach is squeezing? If so, I haven't had that yet...nor any kind of significant pain..just pressure and squeezing down low....thanks mamas!
I am almost 39 weeks .....for the first time this morning I went to use the restroom and noticed a light colored discharge that resembled what some books describe as "blood tinged mucus" or a " bloody show.." there was also a little something in the toilet (peas size clump).... anyone have a thought of what that is? Wondering if its PART of the mucus plug (only a tiny bit in toilet) or signs of labor starting soon??? or a false alarm??? Any mamas have a similar experience? Thanks and sorry to be so graphic but thats what this forum is for, right? I hope!
I wondered what some mamas think of the Ferber method? Have you used it? What is your experience with it? What do you think? Thanks!! (from an expectant mama)
Just wondering and curious for those mamas who have already given birth, who did you have in the LDR with you? (other than doctor, nurse, and maybe doula)...
Has anyone experienced this?

Maybe my stomach can only take so much these days...

????
I guess I was mostly wondering about indoor public places...malls, restaurants, stores, etc...
Just wondering what you mamas who already have a little one think about the appropriate time to take your newborn out after birth? This will be a summer baby... any advice from pediatrician? your own opinion? Thanks mamas!
Where is Pediatric and Adolescent Care located? I don't think they take our insurance anymore (UHC)
I like Addison...my friend's name is Adelaide and we call her Addie!
Thanks for all the advice! I heard Discovery Pediatrics only has one dr. right now who is taking new patients (Dr. Cohen) .. Children's FIrst has a lactation consultant which seemed like a plus, at least in the beginning stages...
