When do you suspect the country will return to some semblance of normalcy? Will things be better in 2021? Or do you think we are in for a much longer ride?

This will end when we fully professionalize our police, and give them the training, accountability structures, and resources necessary to do their jobs effectively. Similar to doctors they should have malpractice insurance, so that when negligence arises, they can be sued and the money does not come from taxpayers. Police officers are professionals with high stakes jobs and they should be treated as such.

OP, for breath if the toothpaste recs earlier don't work try BreathRx. Its expensive but the toothpaste and mouthwash are EXCELLENT, you can find on Amazon. Also, I think you need to talk to your husband about this very directly. He needs to know how this makes you feel. If he doesnt change after talk you need to consider a drastic move like temporarily staying with a friend or in a hotel or something to give him a serious scare. People are willing to change stuff like this sometimes, but they have to know you mean business, because they have let their standards slip so bad. Good luck!

OP here. I'm not trying to interfere with him picking up other women. I guess from my perspective if I were the woman being hit on, and the guy waved to another woman at his place of work I would think nothing of it. But if most women would raise an eyebrow to this, I guess his behavior is to be expected. Thanks for the feedback.

No infidelity. DH holds a ton of resentment. Once I make a mistake he never truly forgives, and is now filled with rage and anger. Our day to day life is tense and we argue a lot.
