| This will end when our society is completely de-segregated, when black and white people live together in the same commmunities, go to the same schools, the same churches, and have access to the same jobs and privileges. Only then will black people not ne an "other" to the white majority. |

When people support an overhaul of how police are traine an allocating funds for specialized task forces to respon to specific calls.
|
| Also when police don't carry guns. |
But we don't want that. You're talking about a society where differences are erased. We want a society where differences are acknowledged, celebrated. |
This. This is what we need. |
Tell me where George Floyd was shot? |
|
OP here, he was trying to help. I am angry, sad, and hurt. I don't want another excuse from the police. From you.
My soul is tired but ready for a revolution. |
You think that living together as equals means that differences are erased???🤔 |

| This has always happened. It's finally getting the spotlight it deserves. It's not going to end until police are properly trained and managed. |
I think that falls under retraining pp was talking about. But I agree police shouldn't carry guns as standar, reserve them for special tasks force. I also think we need to better screen who becomes a cop, and I don't mean just people with racial bias or anger issues, but people with anxiety issues etc. |
The irony. He spoke out to take away from what people were warning against , and ended up dying that very way. |
Ironic isn’t it. He gave them the bevegitvifvthecdoubtvtgry failed to give him. I’m so exhausted, it’s tiring being black in America. |
| When will it stop? When a white cop is shot by a black man fearing for his life, and the black man walks free and the memory of the white cop is thoroughly dragged through the mud. The cops kill innocent people because there are no consequences for them. If they feared the consequences of killing an innocent person half as much as they feared someone who didn’t look like them, then things would change real fast. |
