A frequent traveler would want things in a small package so they can carry it during travels. A minimalist wallet is a good example of this. They can have a separate main wallet in a hidden compartment in his luggage or bag, but a small wallet that can hold a few cards, small amount of cash, and a few business cards will come in handy in the front pocket where it will be safe for pickpockets, plus it looks more professional than the usual bulky leather wallets. πŸ˜„
I only have a couple of hours to myself each week. Most days I'm working from home while my husband is trying to find a new job so he can work remotely too. We also rented out one of the spare bedrooms to a college student, so there's usually others around. It's hard to find quiet time, especially with a dog around! 🐢
My sister had a German Shepherd once. The dog doesn’t scare me, it’s just that he likes to jump at me as a greeting. I prefer a lapdog jumping at me. 😍
My first dog eats two types of grass. One fleshy grass she eats whenever I give it to her. 🐢 Another type of grass is more fibrous that she picks on her own on an upset stomach, then throws up almost immediately.
My 6-year-old dog wasn't doing well - she couldn't walk, had lost her sight and wasn't eating or drinking. I could see she was in pain but still wanted to be with us. Our vet examined her and confirmed it was just a matter of days, even suggesting we put her down at the clinic. But I couldn't do it, so we stayed by her side instead and waited. It was really hard to see her struggling. She passed away before morning. I could tell she wanted those last few hours with her family, even through the pain. It was heartbreaking to lose her, but I'm glad we got to be there in the end. πŸ’”

Hi, I’m an introvert mom. I don’t need a lot of friends, just one or two who understand me and share my interests. I find it hard to make friends in person, so I prefer chatting online first. I actually used a dating app once, but strictly for finding friends, not dates. My super supportive husband was totally fine with it and even helped me set up my profile. I only met up with some people from the app. My husband came with me too, just to be safe and supportive. It was a fun experience. Though I only connected with one person long-term, I’m glad I put myself out there a little! πŸ˜…
Gift giving can be tough. I love the gifts given to me by my husband, but there were times he just asks me what I want, and he buys it for me. I on the other hand, am definitely not good at giving gifts at all. What I do is I buy a gift I want for myself but not in feminine colors and my husband lets me know if he wants it and I will just give it to him. 🎁 But if he doesn’t like it, I get to keep something that I like.
I was 43 years old when my boyfriend introduced me to his friends and family as his girlfriend ☺ It felt so nice to be called that! We are now married πŸ’

I don't think age has anything to do with what he or anyone calls you. I would have been kinda bugged if he introduced me as a "friend". πŸ™„ I will not make a scene in front of his friends, but I will just wait until we’re alone.
I've really enjoyed visiting these museums in the Czech Republic with my 10-year-old kid 😊
Museum of Fantastic Illusions: https://muzeumfantastickychiluzi.cz/en/
Museum of Senses: https://museumofsenses.cz/en
And seeing the largest private Lego collection in the world at the Museum of Bricks was absolutely amazing: https://museumofbricks.cz/en

Dating can definitely have its ups and downs no matter what age. I tried a bunch of the dating apps, and I never thought I'd find my partner on Facebook Dating of all places! πŸ˜‰
I also tried dating younger men, but it seemed like most of those guys just wanted to have fun, while I'm really looking for something serious long-term. Generally speaking, older men seem a little more on the same page in that department.
Overall, I've learned that being completely honest with your intentions and what you're hoping to find is so important. At the end of the day, building real trust and connection is what really matters. I'm just glad I stuck it out and kept putting myself out there until I found someone who feels like a perfect match. ❀️
When I was at my old job, they gave us each two monitors, which made everything so much more efficient. But now that I do all my work remotely, my new role doesn't really need that kind of setup. So instead of having two average sized screens, I swapped it out for a single giant monitor. 😎
I am also a long-time Gmail user and switched to ProtonMail a few years ago and very happy with the free email service. 😊 I also use their free Proton Pass.
