Are you eating anything? You are clinically underweight.

I eat a lot actually. Protein, carbs, fruits, vegetables, and even cookie or ice cream or chocolate. I’m very small framed. I have a lot of muscle and am not skeletal by any means.

There is no way you have a lot of muscle. I am 5'6" and just my lean mass weighs what you weigh in total.

I exercise about 4hrs a week not including walks. Run ~10mi (a couple 2-4 mile runs), some strength/bootcamp classes, and back when it was easier to get pool time I used to swim 90 min 1-2 times a week.

Please discuss with a doctor. Even for a small framed person, you are underweight. Going up to 120 would put you within what's considered healthy. It's not my business, but we are in a pandemic and if you don't have enough fat to burn if you get sick, it can be devastating for you and the people who love you.

Many people have said this. If she's real, you are not going to persuade her. She posts a lot.

5’3, 182.

Peloton 4 days a week, 30 minutes, usually HIIT classes, one 45 minute. One 60 minute yoga a week. Usually two days of lifting/strength.

I’ve lost 25 pounds since March, I think diet is more a part of it than the exercise regime I’ve put in place though

I did see the doctor and my labs and vitals were perfect and she said I am very healthy. I’ve been like this since childhood. I’ve never broken a bone or had any kind of sports injury that would indicate a problem.

Currently I workout in my basement 4-5 days per week. Mainly 30-45 videos of cardio/strength training, HIIT, pilates/cardio. Some videos use hand weights, some don't. I also do pushups here and there throughout the day.

Pre-pandemic I went to the gym 4-5 days per week. I would do a 60 min intense HIIT class twice per week and the other days my own mix of interval sprints on the track and lifting weights.

I will go back to my gym routine when it is safe to do so.

5'6" 136-137 athletic build

Run 5-6 miles at least 4-5x/week
Cardio HIIT/Tabata 1-2x/week
Athletic yoga 1x/week

Started IF in the spring and have lost almost 20 lbs so far and now in maintenance mode. I would like maybe drop another 5 but that would require me to restrict my diet a lot more than I am doing now and I don't really feel like doing that right now. Maybe I'll get more serious in the Spring.
