I mostly sit and write now, but hope to get back to walking soon.

45 min 5x a day of walking? Do you use a walking desk?

Run ~25 mpw, and ~ 2 hours of peloton classes per week.

Peloton 2x a week, 45m intervals and arms (or similar)
Religious about it, have done this for years

I will add for me the secret sauce, is long cardio workouts infrequently with lots of rest days so my apetite stays in check.

I try to run 3 days a week, do peloton 2 days a week, walk 1 day a week and take a day off.

How do you look pregnant? That's still small. I'm by no means in perfect shape but I weigh more than you and 5'4 and a size 2/4.
Have you tried digestive enzymes or supplements for leaky gut? Could be bloating.

5'4 + 110 lbs, genetics is definitely at play here. I bet if you didn't workout at all you would still be around the same, give or take 3-5lbs.

It is not hard to go to the gym for an hour today, pre covid, of course. If your kids are older it is actually a nice thing to do and be "alone."

This is my workout goal!
How do you feel about it? How many calories do you consume and do you feel pretty toned?

More like 15-20 lbs more.

For the past decade, just walking more than the average person because we live in the city. Used to be a competitive athlete. Still 5'7" and 120lbs. Totally out of shape, though.

No way 2 45 min peleton workouts are keeping you super toned and 110lbs. It’s definitely genetics! what is your output? age? It just doesn’t add up. That’s not a heavy workout routine at all.

I am 5’4, 129lbs, 40, 2 young kids, naturally pretty good metabolism (never been over size 2, don’t gain easily) and there’s just zero chance I could ever ever be 110 lbs at my height from 2 workouts a week. I do peleton 2x a week too and play tennis. Lowest I could get with a calorie restrictive diet/ and nursing is maybe 120lbs.
