What’s the longest you’ve dated/stayed with someone just because the sex was good?

One for two years -- blonde, beautiful body, pretty face, nice person, would do almost anything in bed. But she was just too boring and what she thought were novel insights ("Hollywood is unfair in its depiction of women!") were just innane and obvious. Very fond memories.

Another for 1.5 years. Again, a real porn star in bed. The best dirty talker ever. Willing to experiment. Sexually attracted to women as well as men. But, here again, not too bright -- did not know the location of major European countries (I mean, she didn't even know the continent they were on.) She was also a serial cheater.

Both had Daddy issues. It's always women with Daddy issues.

Transitioned from dating to FWB when we both admitted that we didn't click as a couple but the sex was amazing. We only dated for a summer but have met up whenever we're single simultaneously for the past three years.

I’ve been married 34 years and I swear my husband gets better at it so I’d say 34 years. To be honest I had only been with a few guys before him and the sex was fine and in one case very good but never toe tingling. I still remember every detail of the first time I had sex with my husband but clearly not the thousands of times since then though Tuesday night was pretty darn good.

Lucky you - the decline in the quality of my sex life often reminds me how good I once had it before I met my husband. I’m sure I’m to blame too.

Sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands. Ever try toys?

I know I’m lucky but I think I’ve gotten a lot more adventurous as well. I was pretty vanilla when we got married but I’ve really changed especially once we became empty nesters and my kids at home inhibitions disappeared.

My youngest heads off to college in two months. I will truly miss her but maybe I have something to look forward to as I’ve always had the same inhibitions given we have a fairly small house.

I've been married to my wife for almost 20 years. We've only had sex 627 times.

Do you put a notch in the bedpost to keep an accurate record? 30 times as year is depressing given that frequency in years 1-5 was likely more. For pp twice a week for 34 years is in the thousands which is not extreme but very nice.

He was very well endowed and I still remember the first time I saw it and he really knew how to use it. But he was about as interesting as a bag of rocks and not much brighter and his sex skills were just not enough for it to last longer.

That must have been an impressive endowment!

It was at least 8”+ and a big girth and pretty scary the first time.

That's funny.

I imagine that every woman has been with a guy that size at least once.

Sadly, not true. But I’m beyond the age when that might feel good and I’m very happy with my husband’s normalcy.

It’s not the size of the wave but the motion of the ocean that’s important. Big waves are best viewed from the beach.

If only more women knew what a turn on that is.....

Probably true but very few of them actually enjoyed it.
