What’s the longest you’ve dated/stayed with someone just because the sex was good?

Six months. After 1-2 months I knew I needed to break it off but I kept finding reasons not to! But soon after I met my now husband and while he wasn’t as good at first, my experience with the other guy has allowed me to train him! He would not be happy if he knew that.

Another guy here. Similar story except that I married her. She was a prodigy at going downtown. She became an alcoholic and cheater among other things and I stayed one affair longer than I should have.

18 mos on and off. Only the very last on (roughly three weeks) was weird/unpleasant enough that I was there purely for the D. The first few rounds, I knew he wasn’t marriage material, but he was fun. The last period, he was slipping back into alcoholism after years of sobriety and he started to scare me. I didn’t even climax the last time we were together.

I’d describe it as good pain as the first time he was pretty gentle which was a clue he had done this before! Over time I obviously grew to really enjoy it. My DH is average + and I’m more than happy.
