| OP, are you in a townhouse? Or a tiny lot? Not much you can do about those. |
To all of you saying this: how do you suppose they turn them on and off and only use them 3-4 times a year? |
OP is in an UPSCALE neighborhood. I'm sure she looks down on low class townhouse dwellers |
|
Time for this thread to die - you will notice OP has not responded. She couldn't take it. |
| I keep coming back wondering what the noisemaker was....a sound machine? I find it odd that the OP won't just say what it is. |
| I think it is one of those mosquito zappers. It has a fairly monotonous hum. But it certainly isn't -that- loud and, IMO, the pros outweigh the cons. |
This thread must be making too much noise.
|
I can hear OPs anger from here. I'm going to call my HOA tomorrow. |
Thats probably it. I can't fathom anything else. |
| Outdoor hottub?? for use during parties or for guests? The suspense is killing me. |
+1 The neighbors are making love very loud in the hot tub, OP? |

I found this http://ask.metafilter.com/138992/Dealing-with-a-loud-animal-repellant
Person in VA dealing with a similar problem. Hmmmmm |
Doubt it's the same person but this is a good hypothesis. And I totally bet she lives in an upscale townhome
|
You are good! |
| op, any loud noise 24/7 would piss me off be it radio, bug zapper, party, whatever. and i hate wind chimes and fountains. i would just move. F it. get some peace. |
