If you have a BMI of 18-20 (or lower) come in

What are your height and weight stats and what do you eat in a day? Curious about what people who are very thin eat in a day.

I am right at 20, and I do eat a lot for three meals. I don't intentionally limit my diet, except by nature I don't like super sweet stuff and big desert.

I'll bite. BMI of 19. 5'7 120.

Breakfast: one egg, one English muffin, 2 cups of coffee, piece of fruit (generally an apple but in the summer I prefer peaches and nectarines)

Lunch: Big salad with lots of veggies, light dressing, a few croutons (no bacon or cheese).

Snack: Bowl of fruit salad (pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, and blueberries)

Tonight we're having shrimp scampi and a side of steamed broccoli. I'll eat the shrimp and broccoli without the pasta.

Sometimes if I'm still hungry and everyone else is having dessert I'll have a yogurt so my kids don't see me not partaking. I think that sends the wrong message, especially to girls.

Why this again? We must have dozens of these threads.
But here you go.
Last time at my NP, I was told it was 19. I am around 116lbs, 5'4"
I had oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast, then I had some smoked salmon. For snack, almonds, quite a few.
Now I am eating small wine tomatoes with salt.
For dinner I don't know. I am on my period so I might overeat. But, normally it will be a large lunch and a small dinner. I will have oatly vanilla ice cream for night dessert.
Normally I will eat chicken and some potatoes for lunch, or beans or blanched cauliflower and salmon. I eat carbs, but no dairy or wheat, due to allergies.
Yes, I watch what I eat but not obsessively.

19.5 - 5'3", 110 lbs.

Today's meals:

1 cup of coffee with half and half and a teaspoon of sugar. Small bowl of plain whole milk yogurt.

Lunch: giant bowl of homemade veggie soup - I don't know the calories, but it has potatoes, cabbage, carrots, beets, tomatoes and zucchini.

For dinner we are grilling salmon and brussels sprouts, and I'll make couscous. I'll also probably have a glass or two of white wine because it's Friday.

I don't usually snack or eat dessert - not because I'm counting calories but because I don't really have a sweet tooth, I like spicy or salty things. If I do feel hungry between meals, I love cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices with a little salt.

I am 5'4" (before scoliosis I was 5'5") and 110.

I eat normally. As I've gotten older, my metabolism has gotten worse and I now need to eat an afternoon snack and bedtime snack. I never used to and I don't like it.

If I say “omg that’s so few calories!!” and you get defensive and say it’s fine then 3 people agree with me and 4 people agree with you can we end this thread early or not

You’re worried about sending a message, while doing it yourself.

That doesn't make any sense.

Maybe in another couple decades you'll see that. By then the damage will have been done.

So...it sends the wrong message, but you’re still doing it. Don’t you think you should just be healthier, instead of faking it?

Weren’t we going to try to stop the pro-ana threads?
(And no, don’t accuse me of being fat...though at 20.5 I am outside of OP’s desired range)
